Believing this IRC log, this is something you want to implement, but AFAICS it's not tracked in bugzilla yet.

(13:11:10) me: hi, has the "You have multiple logins/passwords for this page"-dialog been removed from 1.8.5, or is it a bug in the debian package?
(13:13:38) chpe: no, and no
(13:13:52) chpe: that dialogue was from mozilla
(13:14:02) chpe: now that epiphany uses xulrunner, it doesn't have that anymore
(13:14:28) me: ah, and it won't come back?
(13:17:07) chpe: not coming back
(13:20:04) me: chpe: ok, thanks
(13:33:38) me: chpe: firefox shows a autocomplete flyout in the login box - will that be implemented in epiphany?
(13:36:50) chpe: we want to, but we don't know how :)
