Currently, Ubuntu Dapper hasn't got sendmail installed by default, which means
that there is no way for bug buddy to send a bug report (AFAIK you can only save
the bug report on your harddisk if you don't choose to send it using sendmail).
So maybe it would be a good idea to make bug buddy depend on sendmail?

It doesn't need sendmail anymore as of 2.15.0
