Try to play one of the webcast at: http://webcast.berkeley.edu/courses/archive.php?seriesid=1906978270

I get a error box saying:

Totem could not play 'rtsp://169.229.131.16:554/bibs/s2006/group2/cs61a/20060127.rm?start=2:51&end=49:24&cloakport=8080,554,7070'.

in bold and big.

And

Internal GStreamer error: negotiation problem.  Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer

In normal text font.

I use Ubuntu Dapper with the following relevant packages:

totem: 1.4.0-0ubuntu5
totem-gstreamer: 1.4.0-0ubuntu5
