GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 339970
Browse status isn't saved for automatic playlists
Last modified: 2006-04-28 02:26:24 UTC
Distribution: Fedora Core release 5 (Bordeaux) Package: rhythmbox Severity: Normal Version: GNOME2.14.1 0.9.x Gnome-Distributor: Red Hat, Inc Synopsis: Browse status isn't saved for automatic playlists Bugzilla-Product: rhythmbox Bugzilla-Component: User Interface Bugzilla-Version: 0.9.x Description: Description of Problem: When I am in an automatic playlist (and it seems it did the same in normal playlists but I don't remember), I like the browse window. I click Browse. I then switch back to library and back to the automatic playlist, it no longer has browse clicked (even though I clicked it there and always have it on in the library). Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create automatic play list 2. Go there 3. Click browse 4. Click on library 5. Click back 6. Browse isn't checked Actual Results: Browse doesn't stay checked over clicks back to library from an automatic play list. Expected Results: Browse status should be saved individually for each Source (whether it be library, play list, automatic playlist, etc.). How often does this happen? Every time. Additional Information: FC5 with all updates. This is version 0.9.4 of Rhythmbox. ------- Bug created by bug-buddy at 2006-04-27 22:26 -------
Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find. This is fixed in CVS as detailed on bug #118862, playlists save their open/close status. However it isn't persistent across a rhythmbox restart yet, hence that bug is still open. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 118862 ***
