Please describe the problem:
I typically take screenshots by pressing the PRINT SCREEN button (which displays
a dialog on where to save etc).

When I open the file menu (or any other pulldown menu in any application) and
subsequently press PRINT SCREEN nothing happens.

This is really annoying because I need to show something step by step.
