I would really like to see support for retrieving the meta informations of web-readio streams.

For example, in XMMS I can see the artist and title of the currently playing song.

In my opinion, this would be a nice improvement and it might go along with Bug 133116 – merge with Streamtuner.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

This is actually a problem in gstreamer: bug #333657 and it needs porting/fixing in 0.10.
