Please describe the problem:
The window title is not updated when the stream goes from paused to playing state.

Steps to reproduce:
1. select a stream with simple click
2. press the play button in the toolbar

Actual results:
The stream first goes to pause state then it starts playing, but the string
"(Paused)" remain in the window title

Expected results:
The "(Paused)" string should disappear

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
The problem does not occur when running the stream using double click

I fixed this as part of the recent work I did on making iradio suck less. Unfortunately the changes didn't make it into the 0.9.4 release.
