This patch (attachment #63587 [details]) is ok to be commited by replacing the intltool version with 0.35.0. Maintainers, what do you think? Let's complete this goal guys.

Changed version to 0.35.0, and committed:
 
        * po/LINGUAS: New file listing all supported languages.
 
        * configure.in: Use po/LINGUAS instead of including all languages
        directly in this file. See the wiki for more information:
