update-notifier in Ubuntu Dapper

Release 0.41.11

When i today update to this version, in update-manager, i restart pc and
now this package crash all the time, if i restart the application...

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1.  just upgrade to this version in the update-manager
2.  restart pc
