Please describe the problem:
When pressing the help button on the Extract dialog, reports section
"fr-extractin" does not exist.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch file-roller (Archive Manager), and load an archive file.
2. Choose extract button, extract dialog is displayed.
3. Choose help button on extract dialog


Actual results:
Error dialog is displayed with message :
 
   "The section "fr-extracting" does not exist in this document....."

Expected results:
Help should launch
