Please describe the problem:
When using the win32 Gimp (Automated Install), and using it for the first time
after installation, it is able to load RAW files through (Select File Type) in
the Open Image dialog. But once you close gimp and open it again, the RAW file
option in the "Select File Type" disapears, and only reapears if you delete the
.gimp-2.2 folder and restart the application.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install GIMP automated install for windows.
2. Execute GIMP for the first time
3. Close and execute GIMP again



Actual results:
The "Raw Image Data" option doesn't show up anymore.

Expected results:
The "Raw Image Data" option to show up as it did in the first execution.

Does this happen every time?
Always after I execute Gimp once and reexecute it before deletin the .gimp-2.2
