Don't require popt

The configure.in script looks for popt, but as far as I can tell, popt is not used in the library. Should we just remove the check?

Doesn't look like we can remove it, then. If someone has an idea for how to get around this, please reopen.
well, at-spi itself does not depend - why not remove it? it is bonobo-activation's business to take care of its own dependencies, isn't it?
Concur with Comment #5; we shouldn't be second-guessing what some dependency might or might not need.
