Description Chris Ball 2006-03-23 21:45:44 UTC
Hi,

1.  File->Connect to server
2. "Connect", which doesn't actually connect
3. Double click on connection in Places sidebar
4. Realise you meant to put a different username in
5. Right-click on the entry in the places sidebar
6. See greyed-out "Remove" and "Rename.." options and no others.

Why are these two greyed out? Why isn't there a "Properties" so that I can change the details?

Thanks.

If it's of any consolidation, the Properties themselves aren't very useful... Try right-clicking a mount from the desktop and you'll see you can't edit much there either...

This bug is a duplicate of bug #316184, we should add more option on the right-click popup menu, a properties item is one of the options we should maybe think about in #316184.

As Sergej Kotliar said, properties dialog should be fixed before...
