Description of the crash:
Close all tabs and exit from Window manager or file menu
Error dialog appears:
Proclaiming epiphany has quit unexpectedly.
On restart an offer is made to restore previous session.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. close tabs
2. on final tab close error dialog appears
3. 

Expected Results:
clean close.
no "crash report" on restart
