yes, "i" is too narrow, and all the other strings also use "L":

#: ../calendar/gui/dialogs/event-page.glade.h:12
msgid "Locat_ion:"

#: ../addressbook/gui/contact-editor/im.glade.h:5
#: ../plugins/calendar-weather/calendar-weather.c:409
#: ../plugins/exchange-operations/exchange-calendar.c:239
#: ../plugins/exchange-operations/exchange-contacts.c:228
msgid "_Location:"

i cannot see any other string using L as mnemonic in that dialog, so i think that it is okay and would harmonize stuff.

Right. In addition to the inconsistency, using 'i' is also a HIG no-no and conflicts with the Insert menu as well.

Fix committed to HEAD.
