Here are fixes, which make desktop file nearly correct.

1. Icon: suffix and relative path are deprecated.
2. desktop file cannot be created by configure, but must be created by intltool.
3. Categories should be more verbose.

Remaining problem: DocPath shows nonsenses (attached patch does not fix it).

As of 1.2.0, the desktop.in.in file still has ".png" at the end of the IconName
