Please describe the problem:
If an empty directory is tarred,  and accessed through file-roller, the
directory is not shown. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. mkdir temp
2. tar cvf temp.tar temp/
3. file-roller temp.tar


Actual results:
The file-roller does not show the 'temp' directory.


Expected results:
Expected Result:

  It has to show the temp directory in the file-roller. 

Does this happen every time?
Yes.
