When I choose a component to report bug against, there is the paragraph "Before reporting a bug...", it links to the search page.  It would help if it links to all <component>'s bugs page too, as I find searching for a bug far easier if I use my browser's search facility in the list of component's bug, instead of trying various search terms using the bugzilla search facility...
