Description Guillaume Desmottes 2006-02-21 14:53:07 UTC
Original report : https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/xchat-gnome/+bug/32309

Let's say I'm on #launchpad, and I no longer wish to be. If I close the channel with the x in the upper right hand corner, the main server window will then say:

--- #launchpad :You're not on that channel

I tested this with /leave as well, and that doesn't generate the message.

What's interesting is that after I /leave a channel, if I then close the window, the main server window will say:

--- Ex-Chat :That channel doesn't exist

This doesn't cause problems so much as then marks activity in another window that's usually reserved for when things are going wrong.
