Please describe the problem:
For panels with transparent backgrounds, all applets but the dictionary applet
have also transparent buttons.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a dictionary applet to a panel.
2. Panel->Properties->Background->Solid color, Style = 0.5

thanks, fixed both in the HEAD and gnome-2-14 branch.
