Description Poornima 2006-02-17 07:54:31 UTC
Select any folder other then Inbox.
Right click and specify a user. Throws error message 'Unknown error looking up mail id'

Same problem in 'Contacts, 'Calendar' & 'Tasks'. Permissions can be given only for 'Inbox', 'Calendar', 'Contacts' & 'Tasks'. But it works in 'Outlook'.

This works for me...
from the error log message "LDAP authentication failed (0xffffffff)"
server related issue, because of which ntlm_bind() was failing?
Outlook may not be using LDAP interface for this operation.
