Please describe the problem:
After 3 years, a new version of openobex (1.1) was launched. This new version
deprecates openobex-config and, now, openobex registers itself on pkgconfig.

libbtctl tries to find openobex-config and fails on configure

libbtctl configure should be changed to look for openobex also via pkg-config

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and install new openobex
2. Get libbtctl and unpack
3. ./configure


Actual results:
configure fails on looking for openobex

Expected results:
configure would use pkg-config to
