Please describe the problem:
Unhelpful error message in the run dialogue when entering non-existing commands.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the run dialogue
2. Enter a non-existing command, file name, etc.
3. Press 'Run'


Actual results:
The following message apears:

Could not open location 'file://dfgd'
Detalii: Unknown error code: 13

Expected results:


Does this happen every time?
