Description Ryan Saunders 2006-02-06 19:56:57 UTC
The preview of a layer rotation operation should preserve transparency
information. This would make it *vastly* easier to stitch together scanned
pieces of a larger image, since it would be possible to find the exact
rotational angle needed to align two adjacent pieces, before computing the full
rotation. As it is now, I can find the appropriate translation, just by making
one layer partially transparent, but I have to make multiple guesses to find a
suitable rotation because the preview does not respect layer transparency.
