Description Sebastien Bacher 2006-02-06 11:24:42 UTC
This bug has been described on https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/deskbar-applet/+bug/29836

"If I try to search in dictionary from deskbar-applet, dictionary windows pops up but the word I'm looking for isn't present on the search box.

I have to manually rewrite the word to make the search"
Comment 1 Sebastien Bacher 2006-02-06 11:25:24 UTC
distro comment:

"I'm using dapper and update nearly every-day.

It seems that select "lookup WORD in dictionary" make the dictionary program start only, but it doesn't send the WORD

i.e. it call "gnome-dictionary" without the "--look-up" parameter"

This is fixed in CVS, thanks !
