Description Antonio 2006-01-30 13:47:51 UTC
Would be useful to have a shourtcut for toggling the vertical and/or the
horizontal maximization state of a window.

I'm used to this shortcuts since I've disovered them in xfwm4 (the xfce4 wm) and
I found them very pratical.

Adding a couple of key in gconf would be nice for all that power users that want
to set this kind of shortcuts.

By the way, I think it's better even for the less experiencied user to use this
type of shortcuts (instead of the current verical/orizontal "maximize only")
because I don't think the could confuse the users but give them (IMHO) a more
functional behaviour. But this is my opinion, I'm not an UI expert.

Woulbe fine with me if only those simple gconf entry would permit to set the
shortcuts.

Thanks.
