Please describe the problem:
if you reduce the opacity of the panel the thobbers of applets like the window
list or the notification area become black instead of transparent.
Im using the clerlooks-cairo theme so it might be also a bug in that

This is actually a gtk-engines bug. I can't check if it's fixed right now, so reassigning.
