Please describe the problem:
After typing a name into the "Create A New Layer" dialog box and hitting Enter,
the widow stay open.  The "OK" button is drawn with a bolder border suggesting
that it is the default button.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Just add a new layer and test it.


Actual results:
Nothing happens.

Expected results:
The window to close.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

IIRC this is reported already. Please search for duplicates first. And while I'm add it, also use the latest stable version (2.2.10) for reportings bugs and have a look at the latest development release (2.3.6) when suggesting new feature.

I did look first.  I didn't find any.  I'm new to Bugzilla so I may have just missed it.  I'll keep an eye on this and see if it gets marked as a dup.
