In 'appointment/meeting' editor, click on 'Free/Busy' button.
In the 'Free/Busy' ui click on 'Contacts' button. 'Required Participants' popup.
In the 'Required Participants' popup, the 'chair person', 'Required Participants' all are blank. It should display already selected Participants.

since all those list of participants is blank, when that UI is closed all the selected particpants already there in event editor is deleted.

Same problem exists with 'Attendees' in Meeting editor. Open an already created meeting, click on 'Attendees', all participants list on right hand side is blank.

   Ok what it's doing in 2.5.92+ is if you click [Attendees] in the Assigned Task screen, everyone is carried over except the originator.
