Karl Eichwalder <ke@suse.de> asked me to open a bug report about the missing of
POT files for this module.

As you can see in textual domain page for gst-plugins-bad [1] there are no POT
files to download :-( Compare with gst-plugins-good page [2]

This is normal.  no strings are marked for translation as of yet in -bad.
