Please describe the problem:
I have the profile set as:

Initial title: Terminal
Dynamically set title: Replaces initial title

Any tabs opened with right-click->Open Tab never change their titles from
'Terminal'.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open terminal
2. right-click->open tab
3. See 'Terminal' title


Actual results:
Title never changes.

Expected results:
Title changes to my prompt, etc.

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
2.13.2-1 is the version used.

If you run it being able to read stderr, you'll see it outputs critical warnings, so it tries to set the title but fails. This is a bug in the 2.13.2 tarball, fixed some days ago in CVS HEAD.
