Create new contact editor in evolution, type all required info, select exchange Contacts as where contacts has to be created.
Disconnect desktop from network. Now save the contacts by clicking on 'OK'.
All the fields goto disabled state and popup remains on the screen.

In grouwpise addressbook as soon as evolution switches to offline due to network management support, all the buttons goto disabled state, hence user cannot even try to save the contacts and 'Cancel' button is enabled, so we can close the popup as well
