Synopsis: Critical warning in gnome-terminal on theme change

BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.13.1)
Description:
Description of the crash:
I had just barely switched gtk2 themes to Glider when I got this crash
from bug-buddy. Funny thing is, I did that a ton of times earlier today
in an attempt to debug an unrelated problem without any issues. No idea
why it crashed this time when it didn't then.

How often does this happen?
First time I've seen it.

------- Bug created by bug-buddy at 2006-01-13 03:16 -------

Unknown version 2.13.0 in product gnome-terminal. Setting version to "2.13.x".

Comment 1 Elijah Newren 2006-01-18 20:44:29 UTC
Appears to be a unique stack trace, according to the simple-dup-finder. This is 100% reproducible for me, unless I first launch an xterm and unset G_DEBUG and then launch gnome-terminal from that xterm. Terminal output before the crash when I haven't unset G_DEBUG is:

** (gnome-terminal:13249): WARNING **: Error compiling regular expression "\<(file:///(/[-A-Za-z0-9_$.+!*(),;:@&=?/~#%]*[^]'.}>)
,\"])?".

(gnome-terminal:13249): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid cast from `GtkEventBox' to `GtkLabel'

Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_label_set_text: assertion `GTK_IS_LABEL (label)' failed
aborting...

Last comment was meant for a different bug, sorry.

I got this crash again, just now. Again on a theme change. This time from H2O-gtk2-Saphire to Clearlooks. Is there any extra info that you want?

Chances are, this is a dup of bug 353498, which hopefully got fixed lately.
Please reopen if you see this again. You know tyhat, of course ;-)

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.
