Hi,

configure.ac in the 0.8 branch calls GST_DOC, but common/m4 only defines GST_DOCBOOK_CHECK (which seems to be what's used in 0.10).

Is this with a clean checkout?

I think this is a duplicate of bug #315868. There was a bug in the 0.8 autogen.sh for some time that would cause the common/ dir to get updated to HEAD/0.10 instead of using the 0.8 branch of common/.

Indeed, a clean checkout solves it.

And it is a dup of bug #315868.
