Please describe the problem:
In event editor when i change the calendar to a readonly calendar like Birthday,
the for/untill option, hours and minutes widgets are enabled.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create  a new appointment
2. Change the calendar to a Birthday (any readonly calendar)


Actual results:
The for/until, hours and minutes widgets are enabled

Expected results:
The for/until, hours and minutes widgets should be disabled.

Does this happen every time?
