Description David (djst) Tenser 2006-01-03 20:14:06 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Minimized window titles are enclosed in [square brackets]. I see no reason why
the actual text in the window title has to change just because a window is
minimized. Isn't there better ways to visually indicate a minimized window?

For example, the text could be italics, or use a lighter, more subtle color.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any program, e.g. Nautilus, gedit
2. Minimize the window

Actual results:
The taskbar text gets surrounded with [square brackets]

Expected results:
Some other kind of visual indication that didn't change the actual text, e.g. a
different color or style.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.
