Please describe the problem:
A DOS window opens with error: I/O warning : failed to load external 
entity "NULL".  When attempting to close this window the program exits.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the program
2. Close the open DOS window
3. 


Actual results:
The program exits

Expected results:


Does this happen every time?
YES

I did not expect a DOS window to stay open and then have the program exit when closing the DOS window.

Known issue.   Other reports for this exist.  
Thanks for making the effor to report this though.  

Will close when I'm not stuck using dialup but please help us by searching for duplicates

I believe the issue may have been fixed in CVS but there has not yet been a release including the changes.  Takes a lot of work to get a release out.
