Quit was not the only one broken. The items in the view menu (View Toolbar etc)
should be sensitive too when there are no tabs open. In fact there was a big
FIXME in the code :)

Here is the patch I am going to commit.


Paolo (Maggi): are you ok if I go on and commit this kind of patches (minor
bugfixes for which I am pretty confident of not breaking anything) or do you
prefer to review every patch now that we merged on HEAD?
