GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 323927
These steps make gnumeric crash
Last modified: 2005-12-13 16:36:28 UTC
Version details: 1.6.1-2ubuntu1 1. Open the attached file in gnumeric 2. Go to Tools->Solver 3. Set 'set target cell' to D7 4. Set 'by changing cells' to C1:C5 5. Add the constraints: - B18 <= B19 - C18 <= C19 - D18 <= D19 - E18 <= E19 - F18 <= F19 6. In Scenarios select 'Create a scenario if the optimal solution is found' 7. Hit 'Solve' 8. Hit 'OK' 9. Close the solver dialog 10. Save the file and quit gnumeric 11. Open gnumeric and load the file again 12. Crash! That's it. I don't actually know what the option in step 6 is supposed to do. I just selected it while doing homework for school just to see what it would do and the error started to occur. This is related to bug #323888

fixed in cvs. crash fixed previously. Saving scenarios did not write valid xml. (It forgot to close the scenarios tag.)
