Distribution/Version: Fedora Core 4

Have a panel on the bottom of your left monitor, without Expand. Click the
right-hand slider button. What as the panel slides off the left monitor and
hides on the right monitor.

I feel in this case the panel should do one of two things:
 - magically hide offscreen, not on the right monitor; or
 - move into the same position on the right monitor as it was on the left
monitor (another click would hide it offscreen right)
