Distribution: Fedora Core release 4 (Stentz) Package: GnuCash Severity: major Version: GNOME2.10.0 1.8.x Gnome-Distributor: Red Hat, Inc Synopsis: GnuCash crashes with SIGSEGV Bugzilla-Product: GnuCash Bugzilla-Component: General Bugzilla-Version: 1.8.x Description: Description of the crash: I was editing a split transaction when GnuCash crashed with a SIGSEGV. Steps to reproduce the crash: Not sure yet. GnuCash crashed directly after I clicked "OK" in response to the "Edit reconciled split?" question. I'll see if I can reproduce it. Expected Results: GnuCash should not have crashed. How often does this happen? This is the first time, so far. Thanks for reporting this bug. Did you get this crash in a particular account window or in the General Ledger window? Which viewing mode did you use? Also, this is related to bug#128393, bug#150022, bug#153183, bug#168630 but nevertheless it has a unique stack trace.
I was in an account window. I was using the 2-line viewing mode. Bug 153183 sounds very similar to what I did.
Ok, if that other bug is similar to yours then we'll mark this one as Duplicate. Especially since the other one has been verified as being reproducable. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 153183 ***
