GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 320592
Handle OpenOffice.org settings
Last modified: 2014-08-02 12:12:55 UTC
There should be an OpenOffice.org settings source. Dunno how hard this would be.
I looked a bit a it at the time. The good point, it's XML format, so parsing is not an issue. The bad point, it's scattered in various places in the .oofice (from memory) subtree and doesn't look really documented (so might change between releases). Daniel
Created attachment 91692 [details] [review] OpenOffice.org lockdown support for Sabayon
I just committed this patch from Michael Meeks; it adds support for locking down certain OOo options. I'll mark the bug as fixed... do we need anything else?
I'm re-opening this. I'll have a look at the patch, and see if I can update it for the current pessulus, and then submit a patch for vuntz and rob.
ok, I've opened a new Pessulus bug, and we're now depending on it. I've made a (hacky) patch that brings up the UI in... an interesting way. Hopefully Vincent or Rob will be able to fix it.
The last Sabayon code changes took place in February 2010: https://git.gnome.org/browse/archive/sabayon/log/ This project is not under active development anymore. This project has been recently archived in GNOME Git. It is currently unlikely that there will be any further active development. Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect reality. Please feel free to reopen this bug report in the future if anyone takes the responsibility for active development again.
