Currently the OMF file for gnome-keyring-manager has 
    <subject category="GNOME|System Tools"/>

However, this does not comply with the category list at
http://scrollkeeper.sourceforge.net/documentation/categories.html
from which all subject categories MUST come.

This prevents help from displaying properly, and prevents gnome-keyring-manager
from being listed in the category tree created by the help browser.
