Description Wouter Bolsterlee (uws) 2005-10-23 13:36:54 UTC
When using a keyboard shortcut to close a tab (ctrl-w) the warning about
unsubmitted form data is *NOT* displayed, causing the form contents (in my case,
a complete bug report) to get lost in hyperspace :( This is a very serious
usability bug.

Hitting the "x" on the tab works fine though.

Ouch. Confirming this one.
Comment 2 Wouter Bolsterlee (uws) 2005-11-02 20:09:09 UTC
Note that the bug is somewhat less irritating if you're using Emacs keybindings
(however, that patch is not complete, I was told), because ctrl-w will not close
a form but delete a word in most cases.

Is this bug being worked on? It's really critical and it just caused data loss for me (again).

Fixed in cvs.
