Hitting Ctrl-R refreshes a nautilus window and it'll update things like new
files etc. But it doesn't rebuild all the thumbnails. Thats fine, because that
could take a lot of time. But it would be ultra-handy if there was a shortcut
for that as well, Maybe Shift-Ctrl-R ?
