Hi Michal, thanks for the bug report. Could you try re-subsribing to your Inbox
(Folder->Subscriptions). That should solve the problem.
If it still does not. Please do the following.
* export CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG=1 and start evolution from command line and select
the inbox folder.
* please attach the entrire traces out here. Would be useful in debugging the
problem.

Thanks
Comment 3 Peter Hjalmarsson 2005-10-11 07:41:27 UTC
After removing ~/.evolution and reconfigure it I still have the exact same
problem as the reporter.

All folders works perfectly except for the inbox.
It shows the number of Unread/New messages, but can't list a singel message.

This is with two diffrent IMAP-servers (don't know if they have the same
server-software thou) and did appere for me first when I tried the
GNOME-2.11.x-releases.

Evolution 2.4.1
evolution-data-server 1.4.1
Comment 4 Peter Hjalmarsson 2005-10-11 07:43:06 UTC
What I forgot to say was that this should work out of the box, you should not
have to resubscribe to the folder to make the messages appere.
Comment 5 parthasarathi susarla 2005-10-11 09:55:35 UTC
hi peter, could you please get us traces as mentioned in comment #2. Thanks.
Comment 6 Michal Palczewski 2005-10-11 12:13:03 UTC
ok added the flag and got a log I deleted my other acounts so only the
problematic one is showing up. Resubscribing made evolution crash.
Unsubscribing from every folder. Closing evolution. Then opening evolution and
subscribing to just the inbox. Then closing evolution. then reopening and
resubscribing to everything worked!.

I'm attaching the log anyway. Since this is quite a roundabout way of doing it.

requested log

log just one acount(the affected one) and clicking around a little bit
Comment 8 Myles Byrne 2005-10-17 00:47:34 UTC
I'm experiencing the same problem. I use dreamhost (www.dreamhost.com) and in
their knowledge base they claim to use courier IMAP.

I'll try the workaround in comment #6 and attach my logs as requested in comment
#2. Please feel free to contact me if you would like any additional information.
