Meld is a little inconsistent in the sense that 'Save As' is not available from
the toolbar or the File menu.  The attached patch implements this.

(personally I think it should only be in the File menu and not in the toolbar)

I've added "Save As", but I did not add it to the toolbar.
Also Control+Shift+s is the standard shortcut. Control+a
is already used for select all. Thanks for the patch.
