Distribution/Version: xp pro

After installing (on my E HDD not on C, don't know if that's important)Dia 
starts but also opens a DOS-Box indicating "I/O-Warning: failed to load 
external entity "NULL"".

You may work with DIA but as soon as you close the DOS Box everything else will 
close too
