I have linked a Loan Calculator that is a superset of the current one, that is
more useful in the instance of selling an old house and buying a new one. I base
this on my own experience with buying/selling two houses, and from talking with
people who've bought/sold houses.

It's still pretty simple, and you can still use it exactly like the old one, but
I think you should agree when you look at it that it's a bit better.

Please feel free to modify it and include it with future releases of Gnumeric.

Fixed in cvs.

I only had to fix minor things, such as not formatting the number of payments
as $360.
