Distribution/Version: fedora core 4

1. Choose a right-to-left session, say Persian.
2. Right click on a panel and select "add to panel".

Happens:
The right-to-left text is aligned improperly. (screenshot attached.)

Expected:
The text should be aligned to the right, next to the icons.
